They're right.
I need to sit my rump back down. That's right about when we settle in for a Deadliest Catch marathon to ensure I stay glued to my seat. For the past six seasons I have watched episode after episode, on repeat no less, without tiring of the artful cinematography & the breath that waits in my throat to see if the pots come up filled with crab. Nothing beats being a fly on the bow to the camaraderie & antics of men out to sea.
The following movies also have that same suck-me-in effect. Along with my more mainstream favorites, like Love Actually & National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, these lesser known DVD's have earned their smooth worn-in finish in our movie collection.

ReplyDelete"I have no response to that." HAHA! I love when other people have seen this movie because you don't encounter them often. My mom was returning a shopping cart to the front of a store the other day & the was a guy heading over to get one. They did this back & forth, "oh, do you want?", "well, you can have mine?", "do you need a cart" dance for a good 10 seconds before they stopped & looked at each other. She did the "brain cloud" gesture & he bent forward with laughter as he breathed out "I saw that movie!!!"
