Scat Is Where It's At!


I hope your heart grew three sizes from the magic of Christmas this year! Alex & I were aglow, more so than the tree, from the gift of spending Christmas together (in the same place) for the first time. 

The excitement continued when we discovered these lil' tokens left by Santa's reindeer before they dashed home to the North Pole!

Ingredients:
24oz. package Almond Bark Chocolate
24oz. package Almond Bark Vanilla, split in half
Oreos, nearly crushed (the entire package!)
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter

Large parchment covered baking sheet (ideally with sides)

(The Oreos are nestled safely by my side in this photo.)


  1. Using three bowls, melt the chocolate & each half of the vanilla according to package.
2. Divide & stir the cookies into the chocolate & one vanilla bowl.
3. Stir peanut butter into other vanilla bowl.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet, alternating the colors.


5. Swirl with a knife until you achieve a marbled look.
6. Chill until firm then break into pieces. Store in the fridge. (Can eat at room temp for a softer texture.)
*Have no fear, clean-up is a breeze! Use hot soapy water & wet paper towels to de-chocolate the bowls!
